Exports up €24m in January

Exports increased by €24.6 million in January, compared to January last year, while imports were down by €54.2  million, according to NSO figures released yesterday.
The decrease in imports was primarily due to capital goods, in particular aircraft parts.

Grand Harbour Marina plc to expand in Malta, overseas

Government target €550 million worth of stocks

The government is expected to sell €550 million worth of stocks this year, the treasury announced on Wednesday.
The money raised will be used to redeem 4 Malta Government Stock (MGS), totalling €191 million which are due to mature in February, June and July.
