Malta and Jersey have signed a double taxation avoidance agreement.
The agreement was signed by Maltese High Commissioner Joseph Zammit Tabona and Chief Minister Terry Le Sueur. Malta to ratify Cape Town Convention

Malta-Belgium double taxation agreement amended

Maltese Finance Minister Tonio Fenech and his Belgian counterpart, Didier Reynders, have signed an agreement to amend the existing double taxation agreement between the 2 countries.  The amendment seeks to bring the agreement’s provisions on the exchange of information in line with internationally agreed standards.
